The adcc west coast trials finals is a yearly event that takes place in California to find the best competitive climbers in the world. The Format of the Finals
The ADCC West Coast Trials Finals are just around the corner and it’s time to get excited! As usual, all of the action will be streamed live on FloGrappling.com and Facebook.tv. FloSports is also televising the event on their own channel.
The format for these Trials Finals features eight divisions: brown, purple, green, blue, black, pink, and red. Athletes qualify for the finals by placing in one of the previous five events. The top two athletes from each division move on to compete in the finals. If an athlete falls below a certain rank at any event they are ineligible to compete in the finals. Athletes must also have competed in at least one other international or national competition this year in order to qualify for the Trials Finals.
The Trials Finals will be held over three days starting on February 10th at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and ending on February 12th at The Joint Theater in Las Vegas. The top eight finishers from the qualifier event in San Francisco and Sacramento competed for a spot at the international championships in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
